We had a lovely stay, especially the fantastic breakfast, they even cooked poached eggs on request and the veggie sausages were a nice surprise! The staff were accommodating, we even got some delicious plums from their garden, my kid really loved that.
Not the cheapest place around, but certainly worth it in my opinion.

Had a lovely time at the Marsham Arms. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, made me feel valued immediately. My room, the Small Double Room, was cozy and conveniently located near the parking area, making it easy to unload my bags. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was fantastic – just what I needed after a long drive. Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with a decent selection of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the full English breakfast, made to order, and the coffee was excellent. Since I had dinner at the restaurant, I can vouch for the food quality too. Dishes were not only visually appealing but also packed with flavor. I encountered a few downsides. The car park felt tight, especially for larger vehicles, making maneuvering difficult at times. there were noise disturbances from other guests late into the night, impacting my sleep quality. a good stay with some minor issues that impacted the experience.

Superb staff and food
Had a nice stay for a couple of nights. The staff were super friendly, and the food was on point! Only thing was the wifi was kinda spotty in our room, which was a bummer. The bar area has a cool vibe, great for hanging out after a long day.

Great stay with fab food!
We had a lovely night here! The room was cozy and super clean. It had all the essentials like tea and biscuits. The food in the bar was tasty, and breakfast was spot on – that English breakfast really hit the spot! Just wish the decor was a bit more lively, felt kinda drab.

Had a great time with friends at this lovely place! We explored the surrounding water while fishing and visited a charming 19th-century coaching inn. The rooms were well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious. Perfect spot if you want a relaxing getaway in the countryside, just a short drive to Norwich.
While the accommodations were nice, I was surprised by the motel-style bedroom which wasn't quite what I expected for a countryside stay.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
